Welcome to Odoo Freelancers. By accessing or using our platform you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. The Platform

Odoo Freelancers is a marketplace that connects clients with independent Odoo professionals ("freelancers"). We provide the technology and escrow payment facility; we are not a party to the agreements made between clients and freelancers.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Freelancer identities may be verified before listings go live.

3. Orders & Payments

• Before placing an order, both parties should agree on scope, timeline and price.
• Payments are held securely by the platform and released to the freelancer only after the client confirms delivery.
• Service fees, if applicable, are shown before checkout.

4. Conduct

You agree not to use the platform for unlawful purposes, to circumvent the payment system, or to post misleading, infringing or harmful content.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, deliverables produced by a freelancer transfer to the client upon full payment. Platform branding and software remain the property of Odoo Freelancers.

6. Disclaimers & Liability

The platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Odoo Freelancers is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the service or from dealings between users.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
